Service Description
~ 1–3 people (Graduate + parents or siblings) ~ 1-hour studio session ~ Come Hair, Makeup & Outfit Ready to Shoot Please! ~ Graduation cap & gown welcome (client supplies) ~ 5 high-end retouched images included ~ Online proof gallery to select images ~ All photos are digital images (No Prints) ~ Client supplies their own props ~ (Some props and seating options may be available at studio; no guarantee) ~ Up to 2 background colors (no custom colors) ADDITIONAL COSTS Wardrobe Fee – $25 per outfit change RETOUCHING & DELIVERY OPTIONS Additional Basic Retouch – $15 per image Quick Turn (2 days) – $25 per image Overnight Delivery (24hrs) – $50 per image Expedited Same-Day Delivery (Post It ASAP – 5 hrs after studio closes) – $100 per image
Cancellation Policy
Any Photos taken by me may be used for promotional purposes. After the photos are delivered, you will have 48 hours from the time they are delivered to send back the desired amount of photos that will be edited from the package you chose. Please note that your requests for edits will be voided after that timeframe. DEPOSITS/PAYMNETS : A $50 Non-Refundable deposit is required for certain appointments. A 50% Non-Refundable deposit is required for certain appointments. The Deposit will be deducted from the total amount. The remaining balance is due in full upon arrival for photo session. Payments can be made in cash, Card, Zelle or apple pay. If I have to cancel your appointment on my behalf, your deposit will be refunded in full. LATE FEE/RESCHEDULING: Please Be On Time!! There Is A 15 Minute Grace period. A LATE FEE WILL BE REQUIRED EVERY 15 MINUTES AFTER OF ($25). AFTER 30 MINUTES, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED. NO EXCEPTIONS!! BOOKING END TIMES WILL NOT BE EXTENDED TO ACCOMMODATE FOR YOUR LATENESS!! Rescheduling for any reason is only allowed once & I must be notified at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a rescheduling fee of $50 to book another shoot. Please allow a turnaround time up to the max of 5 days for all edits.
